SCCB Prevention Services

The Prevention of Blindness Program serves residents of South Carolina who have a visual impairment and meet financial need requirements.

Some of the prescribed treatments that financial assistance is available for include:

  • Cataract surgeries
  • Retinal detachment surgeries
  • Cross-linking to treat keratoconus

To be eligible for Prevention of Blindness services you must meet financial requirements.
